This workshop is for both leaders & followers!  Your range of motion and movement is tied to your ability to execute moves and your ability to express musically in your dance!  Leading a follower into any move, a leader needs to be able to not only lead the move but almost always do the move as well. Followers need to have control and power of execute as well.  We will spend the afternoon pushing the limits of your body's current ability and giving you exercises to move past them, drilling so you can get your body to move with the fluidity these moves require.  Join us for an afternoon of body movement and fun!
